The Company has been informed that on 24 April 2009 Raymond Apseythe Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company through his wholly owned investment holding company, Casuarina Investments. Mr Apsey acquired 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of EUR 0.21 per share and 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of EUR 0.215 per share. 

Following the above transactionsRaymond Apsey is interested in a total of 225,349 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.07% of the total voting rights of the Company.
