The Company has been informed that on 27 March 2007, Sir Ian Wood, Chairman of the Company, made the following sales from his beneficial and non-beneficial holdings:
Beneficial
22,350,000 shares, being 4.3% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of ‚£2.70 per share.
Non-Beneficial
20,525,000 shares, being 3.949% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of ‚£2.70 per share.
After the above transactions, Sir Ian's holdings are as follows:
Beneficial Interest - 28,439,387 shares or 5.472% of current issued capital of the Company
and
Non-Beneficial Interests - 60,241,473 shares or 11.59% of current issued capital.
