Findel PLC03 April 2008 3 April 2008 Findel PLC ("Findel" or "the Company") Director/PDMR The Company announces that on 2 April 2008 it received notification from KeithChapman, Chairman of the Company, that on 2 April 2008 he transferred 4,713,590Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares") by way of gift fornil consideration to the Keith Chapman 2008 Trust ("Trust"). This transfer waseffected as part of tax planning implemented because of changes to capital gainstax effective from 6 April 2008. The Trust now holds 4,713,590 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 5.538%of the current issued Share Capital of the Company. Mr Chapman is a beneficiary of the Trust and therefore has an interest in theShares held by the Trust. On 3 July 2008, the Shares will become held under the terms of the Trust for Mr.Chapman absolutely.
