London, 17 November 2017: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading integrated private healthcare network operator in the GCC and one of the leading global providers of fertility treatments through its European, South American and Middle Eastern subsidiaries, announces that following the announcement of the exercise of certain incentive share awards made on 17 November 2017, it has received notification from Mr Simon Watkins, Group Company Secretary, that on 16 November 2017 he sold 8,133 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2,725p per share. These Shares were sold solely to pay the income tax liability arising on the exercise of his share award with no additional net monies being raised.
Following this transaction, Mr Watkins has retained an interest over a total of 9,126 shares, representing 0.005% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
