Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that on 25 July 2022, BW Family Limited, a PCA of Keith Butler-Wheelhouse, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 426,500 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 4.69 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Butler-Wheelhouse beneficially holds 1,046,627 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.99 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
