DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
On 7 October 2008 the Company was advised that 3,989 shares were allocated at £6.00 in respect of dividend reinvestment under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included 74 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 45 shares for Mr M Harris.
Also included in the allocation were 55 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
