Spectris plc Announcement to the London Stock Exchange CORRECTION
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a) and LR 12.6.4.
On 10 March 2011, awards granted under the Spectris Performance Share Plan ("Plan") to certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities were exercised, as announced by the Company on 10 March 2011.
A number of individuals (where noted below) sold a proportion of the sharesacquired to fund their tax liabilities. The disposals were made on the LondonStock Exchange.
