The Company announces that it was notified yesterday that Charles-Henri Sabet, Executive Chairman of the Company, had purchased 650,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35.00 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Charles-Henri Sabet is interested in 650,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.16% of the Company's current issued share capital.
