CLS Holdings plc Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person
The Company has been notified that today Tom Thomson, Vice Chairman of the Company, has sold 21,914 Ordinary Shares at ‚£7.26 per share and his SIPP, which is held by Standard Life, has purchased 21,914 Ordinary Shares at ‚£7.26‚¼. His beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 108,790 ordinary shares.
