ANGLE PLC ("ANGLE" OR the "Company")
Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company was informed today that, on the same day, Andrew Newland, Chief Executive of ANGLE, and his wife Mrs Harriet Newland transferred ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into their personal pension funds at a price of 10 pence per share, off market.
Ordinary shares were transferred as follows:
- 1,441,000 Ordinary Shares from Mr Newland to Mr Newland's personal pension fund;
- 59,000 Ordinary Shares from Mrs Newland to Mr Newland's personal pension fund; and
- 36,000 Ordinary Shares from Mrs Newland to Mrs Newland's personal pension fund.
There is no change to Mr Newland's beneficial interest in the Company, which following this notification remains at 6,854,686 Ordinary Shares representing 25.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
