NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"):
On 1 March 2018, Mr Bason acquired an additional 114 Shares at 1543.5 pence each per Share through a dividend reinvestment plan. Additionally, Mr Bason's wife, Catherine Mary Bason acquired an additional 111 Shares at 1545.0 pence each per Share through a dividend reinvestment plan.
Following these transactions, Mr Bason's interest in Shares has increased to 11,939 Shares, representing 0.0008% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
The following notification has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation in respect of the above:
