Ultra Electronics Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on 31 July 2020, Tony Rice, Chair, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £23.75 per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr. Rice has a beneficial interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
