Purchase of Ordinary Shares by Director
The Company announces that Lady Olga Maitland, non-Executive Director, yesterday purchased 32,500 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Earthport at a price of 14.75p per share. Lady Olga Maitland's total shareholding in Earthport is 32,500 shares which represents 0.03% of the entire issued share capital following admission to trading on AIM of the Placing Shares further to yesterday's fundraising announcement.
