DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
On 11 July 2008 the Directors and PDMRs identified in the table below were granted options by DSG international plc (the Company) over ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each (Shares) in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme (the Scheme) at an option price of 37.45 pence.
Options granted under the Scheme will vest on 11 July 2011 to the extent that certain performance conditions are satisfied over the performance period of three financial years commencing 04 May 2008 . Vested options may be exercised during the period from 11 July 2010 to 11 July 2018.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R(1) (a) and DTR 3.1.4 R(1) (b).
