Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons

The Company has received notification from Mark Dampier, a PDMR, that on 12th September 2013, he sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares"). The shares were sold at a price of £10.13 per share. The total number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.0042% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Mark Dampier (including his connected persons) is 852,262 ordinary shares representing 0.18% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR. The transaction took place in Bristol on 12th September 2013.
