Carr's (CRM.L), the agriculture, food and engineering group, announces that on 12 June 2013, Tim Davies (Chief Executive Officer) bought 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 1278 pence per share. Following this transaction, Tim Davies is interested in 1,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

Similarly, on 12 June 2013, Neil Austin (Group Finance Director) also bought 1,000 Ordinary Shares at a purchase price of 1278 pence per share. Following this transaction, Neil Austin is interested in 1,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
