Hiscox Ltd30 April 2007 This is a correction to an announcement made by Hiscox Ltd (the "Company") on 27April 2007 under RNS No. 7011V , in which it was stated that 592,053 sharesrepresented 0.015% of the Company's issued capital. Hamilton, Bermuda: Hiscox Ltd has been informed that on 27 April 2007, StuartBridges, Director, acquired 123,632 shares in the Company following the exerciseof the following share options: Hiscox Approved Share Option Scheme: 22,559 at an exercise price of £1.281 each;Hiscox Approved Share Option Scheme: 1,073 at an exercise price of £1.020 each;andHiscox Unapproved Share Option Scheme: 100,000 at an exercise price of £0.806each. Following the above exercises, Mr Bridges holds 592,053 Ordinary shares of 5peach in the Company, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital. On 27 April 2007, Robert Childs, Director, acquired 310,194 shares in theCompany following the exercise of the following share options: Hiscox Unapproved Share Option Scheme: 169,197 at an exercise price of £1.02each; and Hiscox Unapproved Share Option Scheme: 140,997 at an exercise price of £0.806each. Following the above exercises, Mr Childs holds 1,703,805 Ordinary shares of 5peach in the Company, representing 0.43% of the Company's issued share capital.
