Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") today announces that on 26 September 2012 it was informed of the following transaction in respect of ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Patricia Thomas, a director of the Company's main operating subsidiary, Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Limited disposed of a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares on 26 September 2012 at an average price of 537 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above transaction, the total interest of Patricia Thomas in the Ordinary Shares of the Company is as follows:
