Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed today that John Fitzgerald, an executive director, sold 100,000 shares on 14 July 2015 at 421.375 pence per share and 25,000 shares on 15 July 2015 at 416.5 pence per share (together the "Sale"). The Sale was required for Mr Fitzgerald to fulfil a personal financial commitment as part of a divorce settlement. The Sale is the last in a series of recent sales by Mr Fitzgerald in relation to his divorce settlement and no further sales are required. Following these transactions, Mr Fitzgerald retains 107,718 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights. In addition, Mr Fitzgerald holds 33,000 share options.
