Octagonal plc have been informed today that on 23 August 2016, John Gunn, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased a total of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"): 2,500,000 Shares at 1.2 pence per Share, and 1,500,000 Shares at 1.245 pence per Share.
Accordingly Mr Gunn now holds 297,794,931 Shares, representing a holding of 53.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
