Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.02 ("Shares") of which it was notified on 1st June 2021
Richard Hutton, acquired 124 Shares by exercising a sharesave option granted in 2018 pursuant to the Company's Sharesave Plan.
