Director / PDMR shareholding
Laird PLC announces that on 1 August 2016, David Lockwood, Chief Executive, purchased 5,125 shares of 28.125 pence each in Laird PLC at a price of £2.90953 per share. Following this purchase, Mr Lockwood's total holding is 281,308 shares representing 0.104% of the Company's issued share capital. This includes 20,975 restricted award shares, subject to restrictions until 7 March 2019.
Furthermore, also on 1 August 2016, Nathalie Rachou, Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 shares of 28.125 pence each in Laird PLC at a price of £2.928 per share. Following this purchase, Ms Rachou's total holding is 10,000 shares representing 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital.
These purchases are in addition to the purchases of 16,928 and 33,945 shares by Dr Martin Read, Chairman, and Michael Parker, Senior independent Director (respectively) on Friday 29 July 2016. An FCA notification, as per MAR Article 19, is also included for these purchases.
