Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 6 March 2013 of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by certain directors of the Company:-

On 5 March 2013, John Fitzgerald, Joint Group Managing Director, transferred 6,250 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Sharon Fitzgerald, for nil consideration. On the same day, Mr Fitzgerald and Mrs Fitzgerald both sold 6,250 Ordinary Shares each, amounting to a total of 12,500 Ordinary Shares, to David Durant, Group Planning & Design Director, at price of 200 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dealings").

Following the Dealings, Mr Fitzgerald now has a beneficial interest in 215,275 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.43% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company. Additionally, Mr Durant now has a beneficial interest in 1,263,465 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.52% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
