UK Mail Group plc announces that on 18 May 2011, Guy Buswell, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 5,300 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 283p per Share.

Following today's purchase Guy Buswell now holds voting rights attached to 305,693 ordinary Shares representing 0.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.
