Notification of Transactions of Directors
The Evolution Group PLC (the "Company") announces that yesterday it received confirmation from Mr Christopher Chambers, a Non-executive Chairman of the Company, that on 26 November 2009 he purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("ordinary shares").
The shares will be registered in the name of CM and AA Chambers and were purchased at an average price of £1.518 per share. Following this acquisition Mr Christopher Chambers will hold 100,000 ordinary shares representing 0.043% of the issued share capital of the Company. This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(R)(1)(a).
