Tony Thorne a non-executive director of Drax has today purchased 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 378.69 pence per share.

The total number of ordinary shares in which Tony Thorne has an interest following this acquisition is 7,500.

The notification is in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(b) and the dealing was in respect of ordinary shares of 11 16/29 pence each in the share capital of the Company of which there were 364,859,988 shares in issue at the time of the dealing.
