The Company announces that, on 28 April 2015, it received notification that on 28 April 2015, Sir David Naish, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 7,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 137 pence per share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr Naish's is beneficially interested in 7,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
