Ramsdens Holdings Plc, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, announces that on 7 April 2026, Mark Smith who is deemed a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), acquired 2,739 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 370p per ordinary share. Following this share purchase, the total holdings of Mark Smith is 39,063 ordinary shares.
