The Company announces that Simon Barrell, Non-executive Director, has today purchased 833,334 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.5p per share, equivalent to 0.13 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital. The shares are to be held via Mr Barrell's personal pension fund. Following the purchase, Mr Barrell holds a total of 2,500,001 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.38 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital..
