Centaur Media PLC25 April 2008 Centaur Media plc (the "Company") DIRECTORS'/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS The Company announces that on 24th April the following executives were grantedoptions over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the terms of theCentaur UK Sharesave Plan 2008 (the "SAYE Scheme"). The SAYE Scheme is an HMRCapproved all-employee plan, under which SAYE options can currently only besatisfied using existing shares purchased in the market.
