The Company has received notification that today, Cheryl Jones, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 12.75 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Cheryl Jones has an interest in 5,315,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.6 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
