GameAccount Network was informed on 16 April 2015 that Dermot Smurfit, a Director of the Company, purchased 46,000 ordinary shares of GBP£0.01 each ("Ordinary Share") at a price of GBP£0.42 per Ordinary Share on 16 April 2015.
Following the above transaction, Dermot Smurfit's shareholding in the Company is 7,430,075 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.3% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
