The Company announces that on 23 July 2020, Angela Higginson, being the spouse of Non-Executive Chairman Andrew Higginson, purchased 21,340 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a purchase price per Share of 1.8552p.

 

Following the purchase, the total beneficial interest of Andrew Higginson and persons closely associated with him is 96,905 Shares.
