NEX Group plc (the Company)

Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

The Company has been notified that Charles Gregson, the non-executive Chairman of NEX Group plc and Mrs Caroline Gregson (a person closely associated with Charles Gregson), have today acquired the following interests in NEX Group plc shares:

- Charles Gregson 18,000 ordinary shares; and

- Caroline Gregson 2,900 ordinary shares.

The above shares were acquired at a purchase price of £4.97 per share. 

Following the above share purchases and, where applicable, the NEX Group plc share consolidation which became effective on 30 December 2016 (pursuant to which every 7 NEX Group plc shares of 10 pence each on the register of members of NEX Group plc as at 6:00 p.m. on 29 December 2016 were consolidated into 4 NEX Group plc ordinary shares of 17.5 pence each), Charles Gregson has an interest in 161,360 ordinary shares in the Company.
