The following PRSP options were granted to Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"s) on 27 and 28 November 2008.
Options granted under 2008/11 cycle of PRSP
Options were granted today under the 2008/11 cycle of the PRSP. These options will be exercisable for the two year period following the end of the performance period, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and on the payment of £1. The maximum entitlements on satisfaction of the performance conditions in full are shown in the table below.
Options granted over Dividend Accrued Shares under 2005/08 cycle of PRSP
Options were granted on 27 November 2008 over Dividend Accrued Shares ('DAS') in relation to options vesting under the 2005/08 cycle of the PRSP. Options over DAS lapse on the second anniversary of the vesting date as detailed in the table below. DAS options are exercisable immediately on the payment of £1 and there are no further performance conditions to be met prior to exercise.
