On 1st December 2008, Malcolm Cooper (Finance Director) and Stephen Sydes (Executive Director) were granted nil-cost options over 125,603 and 152,173 ordinary shares of 5p respectively under the ACAL plc 2008 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
These options are exercisable between 2011 and 2018 dependent upon the satisfaction of certain performance criteria under the terms of the LTIP. The number of options was determined using a share price of 103.5 per share, being the closing price of an ordinary share on 28th November 2008, the last business day prior to the date of grant.
Following this grant of options Malcolm Cooper and Stephen Sydes have the following interests in the ordinary shares of Acal Plc:
