Purchase of shares by Richard Wohanka, Non-executive Director

The Company was notified by Richard Wohanka on 9 September 2013, of his intention to purchase shares in the Company, and approval to trade was given with effect from 10 September 2013. Between 11-12 September 2013, Mr Wohanka purchased 26,500 shares in the Company at an average price of 372.437p per share, at a total cost of £98,695.86 including charges.

Following this purchase, Mr Wohanka's total shareholding is 26,500 shares, representing 0.007% of the issued share capital.
