Director/PDMR Shareholding and Treasury Shares

(the "Company") DIRECTOR SHARE DEALING AND TREASURY SHARES The Company wishes to advise that Chief Executive Simon Emeny today exercisedan unapproved Senior Executive Share Option over 9,100 `A' Ordinary 40p sharesin the Company, which were granted to him in July 2005 at £3.67 per share. Allof the share were subsequently sold at 9.75 each; with part of the proceedsfunding the exercise, part of the proceeds being employed to settle the Tax andNational Insurance liabilities and the balance due to My Emeny. Following the transfer of 9,100 Treasury Shares from the Treasury SharesAccount pursuant to Mr Emeny's options being exercised under the SeniorExecutive Share Option Scheme, the issued share capital for the `A' ordinaryshares of £0.40 each is 33,432,159 of which 1,053,047 (3.15%) are treasuryshares.
