Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights
The Company was notified on 19 December 2023 that Bridget Barker, Non-Executive Director, purchased 12,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 820 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Bridget Barker's beneficial interest in the Company is 12,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
