Director/PDMR Shareholding
Purchase of Shares
Petropavlovsk PLC ('Petropavlovsk' or the 'Company') announces that it has been advised that on 25 June 2019:
· Mr Harry Kenyon-Slaney, Senior Independent Director, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.95 pence per Ordinary Share.
· Mr Robert Jenkins, Independent Non-Executive Director purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 9.98 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions Mr Kenyon-Slaney and Mr Jenkins each have an interest in 250,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.007 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
