Director/PDMR Shareholding and Other Significant Shareholdings

TMT has been informed today that on 7 October 2014 Advance Consulting Services Ltd ("Advance"), a company owned by Artyom Inyutin, TMT's Head of Investments, sold 1,300,000 TMT shares at US$1.95 per share. As a result, Advance now owns 4,008,929 TMT shares, representing 14.54% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Prior to the transaction, Advance owned 5,308,929 TMT shares, representing 19.26% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

TMT has also received notification from Menostar Holdings Limited that, following a number of transactions, it now owns 3,184,518 TMT shares, representing 11.55% of the Company's issued share capital.

TMT also notes that the Company's existing shareholder Ubenord Investments Limited acquired 2,300,000 TMT shares. As a result, Ubenord now owns 2,900,000 TMT shares, representing 10.52% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
