Director/PDMR shareholding and holding in Company

AdEPT (AIM: ADT), a leading UK independent provider of award-winning telecommunications services for fixed line, mobile, data connectivity and VoIP, announces that in order to satisfy demand from a new institutional investor, Ian Fishwick, Amanda Woodruffe, and Allan Gauld, have sold shares. An announcement relating to this new holding is expected to be released in due course.

Ian Fishwick, the Company's Chief Executive, and Amanda Woodruffe, the Company's Chief Operating Officer have respectively sold 300,000 and 25,000 shares at 130p per share. Ian Fishwick is now interested in 1,486,160 ordinary shares (representing 6.8 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital) and Amanda Woodruffe is now interested in 73,209 shares (representing 0.3 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital) and 501,708 share options.

The Company has also been notified that Mr Allan Gauld has sold 125,000 shares at 130p and that his beneficial interest is 860,000 shares (representing 3.9 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital).
