Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 27 May 2010 that, on 26 May 2010, Baroness Ford of Cunninghame, Non-Executive Director, sold 5,075 of the Company's ordinary shares in the London market at 596.11 pence per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1)(a).
