AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 25 November 2013 that on 19 November 2013, Hans van der Drift, a PDMR of the Company, sold 3,300 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.56 pence per share, at a price of £23.07 per share.

Following this, Mr van der Drift owns 18,073 ordinary shares.
