Frasers Group PLC (the "Company") was informed on 8 August 2023 by MASH Holdings Limited ("MASH"), a company through which Michael Ashley holds shares in the Company, that MASH sold share settled put options over 800,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent with a strike price of 820p and expiry of December 2023.
