2005 Performance Share Awards under the 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan
Pursuant to the rules of The 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan ("the Plan"), on 21 July 2008 the Remuneration Committee of 3i Group plc ("the Company") considered the performance conditions attached to awards made under that Plan in 2005 and determined that the performance conditions had been satisfied as to 62.8%.
As a result of the above, those Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company who received 2005 Plan awards, forfeited the number of ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each ("Ordinary Shares") and B Shares in the Company detailed against their name below.
