The Company was today informed of the acquisition of ordinary shares of Carluccio's by Bridget Bandura, wife of Frank Bandura, Finance Director of the Company. The acquisition of shares took place today and was by way of inheritance. Following this acquisition, Frank Bandura and his wife own 211,000 shares or 0.4% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
