7 December 2011 - Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), today announces that Paul Mitchell, finance director informed the Company on 6 December 2011 he had sold 194,302 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company at a price of 23.75p each. This follows the announcement on 30 November 2011 of the exercise of 188,787 options under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive scheme.
Following this sale Paul Mitchell owns a total of 148,704 shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
