Directors' Shareholdings
On 15 May 2008, Persimmon plc (the "Company") was informed that on that day Persimmon (Share Scheme Trustees) Limited had purchased 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 551.243p. The shares were purchased in respect of conditional awards for Directors under the Company's Bonus Share Scheme. As a result of this purchase, Persimmon (Share Scheme Trustees) Limited holds 115,832 shares in the Company representing 0.04% of the issued share capital (excluding Treasury Shares).
