On 21 April 2017 the Company received notification that combined awards granted on 15 April 2014 had vested on 15 April 2017 and were exercised on 17 April 2017 and had been released under the terms of the Legal & General Group 2010 Share Bonus Plan (SBP) and Legal & General Group 2009 Company Share Option Plan (CSOP), in respect of the Director and PDMR named below.
